Please read all product descriptions before purchase. If item is made to order/ listed as pre-order please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed. Once your order has been completed it will be shipped through priority mail on the next available business day. When ordering be sure to include your complete FULL address including any apt. numbers. If your package gets lost due to any mistakes you make at checkout; we are not responsible to recover your package.
We try our best to accommodate all of our customers. However, do to the effort we make to get you the best quality products we offer a no return policy with a few exceptions. If you have a major issue with purchased product email us at [contact@unborn-us.com] for further information. All approved returns must be postmarked within 1 week of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
After recieving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
