We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted only if the requested size is available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages. Please ensure your shipping information — especially apartment or unit numbers — is complete and accurate.
If your address is incomplete, we may reach out to confirm the details. However, if we do not receive a response and the order is shipped as-is, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a customer opens a bank dispute against us without valid cause, they will be permanently blocked from making future purchases. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to reclaim funds and pursue further action. Disputes made against clearly fulfilled orders will not be tolerated.

Some items in our store are available for pre-order and are made to order. As an emerging business, this process allows us to manage inventory efficiently while offering exclusive and limited pieces.

Pre-order products require 6–12 weeks for production and processing.
All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled once the order is placed.
If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your entire order may ship once all items are ready — unless otherwise specified.
We will do our best to keep you informed on production timelines. Delays can occur due to production or supply chain issues, but we appreciate your patience and support as we grow.
